Cristhian grew up in a small town near Bogota, Colombia, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. As a boy, he loved to study and always wanted to become an Engineer.

One day as a kid, while out on a bike ride, Cristhian saw a group of professional BMX riders doing tricks and stunts on their bikes. He was instantly fascinated and decided at that moment that he wanted to become a professional BMX rider.

Cristhian always dreamed of becoming a professional BMX rider, but with his small-town lifestyle it seemed like an impossible dream. At first, as with anything new, it was incredibly challenging. But through perseverance his riding improved with time and daily practice. Even more important, he maintained his motivation through all the highs and lows of successes and countless failures.

He taught himself new tricks that were exceedingly difficult and far beyond what most people and even he thought were possible. These victories inspired him to practice with more determination. With time and extraordinary commitment he began performing tricks that several professional riders had never even attempted!

Dedication and passion carried Christhian from his humble roots to the very top of his field. He began to compete and qualify for the most prestigious international BMX contests in the World, placing in the top in many which opened up opportunities to travel and pursue his dream to the fullest.

But before he reached the pinnacle of his career, he worked hard, waking up early each day before school to practice developing his skills as an aspiring Pro BMX rider. Then, in the summer of 2012 after five years of dedication, he became a professional BMX rider, and his childhood dream became a reality. This hard working, respectful, and enthusiastic boy from a small town near Bogota changed the trajectory of his life with a bike that he loved, and a dream he simply refused to let go of!

For over a decade now, he has performed for audiences all over the world. Christian carries his message to youth wherever he goes and is a shining example of possibility. His message revolves around his own experiences, coming from a small town in South America to schools, events and contests worldwide.
